I developed the concept by deeply exploring the history of Phuket — its environment, culture, cuisine, and language. From this research, I was able to capture an atmosphere that resonated with the target audience. Also I applied a systematic design approach to build a library of reusable sections, which the developers could implement efficiently, thus optimizing the overall process. I also introduced several key solutions, such as color-coded visualization of apartment layouts (helping users navigate the listings more easily), a scalable filter system, and an extended lot view mode.
